Trained Polite, helpful staff at the reception and the breakfast area. The breakfast is amazing, actually the best breakfast I ever had at any hyatt brand hotels in USA. Lots of options including fresh fruits and make to order omelet. Close to lots of restaurants and Mountain America Expo center. Would love to stay again on my next trip to Sandy, UT.

Wonderful customer service, especially by Paco! The gym is great and the rooms are very clean and spacious! The breakfast had lots of options and huge pool with hot tub!

In Hyatt, the surroundings were beautiful. Rooms are super clean with full kitchens. Great swimming pool and great breakfast options. Everything is super close: shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants. Highly recommend

The room was comfortable and clean. I had issue with the cigarette smell smoke on the 4th floor. I wasn't aware the allowed smoking, I'm still not sure. I didn't appreciate that aspect. At first I thought it was a smell that would go away, but it was present the entire length of my visit.

Excellent service. Very clean & family friendly. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a place to stay for a few days with their family. The suite was perfect for our family, it was comfortable & the kitchen was great to have! It’s located close to everything you need.

We stayed here for a month for our ski trip. Everyone was nice and accommodating. Parking is convenient. Easy location to many places. Even tho our room was next to freeway, it was quiet most of the time. Management is great! Will stay here again.
